The first letters indicate the day the author is present:
M = Monday, June 16
T = Tuesday, June 17
W = Wednesday, June 18
TH = Thursday, June 19
The next two letters indicate during which poster session the presenter is scheduled to stand by their poster:
AM = Morning (11:30 - 12:30)
PM = Afternoon (13:45 - 14:45)
Presenters are also asked to be present during the reception time. If the poster presentation is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday the poster reception will be held on Monday, June 16th from 18:30 – 19:30. If the poster presentation is scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday the poster reception will be held on Wednesday, June 18th from 18:30 – 19:30.
